Summary/Abstract: The rise of social media has completely transformed how people participate in politics by giving them a forum for engagement and acting as a generational trigger. With an emphasis on the function of social media, this research attempts to investigate the dynamics of youth engagement in politics. The paper seeks to learn more about the potential problems social media generates in promoting inclusive and meaningful political participation among young people by looking into how it affects young citizen engagement. In order to provide a thorough analysis of the subject, the research design used a quantitative questionnaire to examine the dynamics of youth involvement in politics and the influence of social media on the engagement of young citizens.
