Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, as well as to investigate the mediating role of organizational justice in this relationship. The study was conducted with a sample of 401 employees selected through a convenience sampling method. A regression model was estimated to analyze the relationships between variables and to test the significance of the mediator variable. According to the findings of the study, organizational justice plays a mediating role in the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Another key finding indicates that organizational justice also mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. In this context, it can be argued that the effects of job satisfaction on both organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior are shaped by organizational justice. When employees experience high job satisfaction and perceive a high level of organizational justice, this positively influences both their organizational commitment and their organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational justice acts as a bridge in these relationships, strengthening employees' workplace experiences and attitudes. A fair work environment enhances employees' job satisfaction, which in turn fosters their commitment to the organization and their engagement in positive workplace behaviors. Consequently, developing justice-based policies is crucial for organizations to encourage employee commitment and positive behaviors, ultimately contributing to overall organizational efficiency and employee motivation.
