Summary/Abstract: In this article, we present the results from Case Study research methods aimed to review field research of a specific model of transmission and safeguarding of Traditional Culture and Folklore as being used in educational activities of pre-school institutions. Central to this paper is the role of the director as manager of pre-school institution and a factor for creating conditions for pedagogical interaction in additional educational forms and activities – music, dance and verbal folklore heritage in favor of national identity and intergenerational continuity.
