Summary/Abstract: The appellant's disclosure of intercepts of telephone conversations, in particular those concerning the respondent's private life, by publishing extracts from the indictment in a press article during the pre trial proceedings, a non public phase of the criminal proceedings, constitutes a violation of the respondent's right to respect for her private life, giving rise to the journalist's tort liability.
