Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to discuss why and how changes in institutions and organizations should be made and to express an opinion on how Türkiye can gain the institutional/organizational power it needs for its development. In the research, the reasons why institutions/organizations in Türkiye have negative effects on the economy were evaluated based on the findings of Sabri Ülgener and Gustave Le Bon. As a result, Türkiye's repeated procedural errors in achieving the institutional/organizational power it desires have been identified. Until today, Türkiye has not been able to create an institutional/organizational structure that is compatible with its own dynamics and unique to its needs. The institutions/organizations that emerged with the detected irregularities have become representatives and even propagators of individual irrationalities rather than rationalizing the society. Irrational behaviors of individuals have dominated institutions/organizations. Moreover, Türkiye's unstable and separatist political structure justified such behavior in the eyes of the public and caused it to deepen.
