Summary/Abstract: The interaction and cooperation between kindergarten and first grade are related to the implementation of various forms of activity. The aim of the article is to present the role of joint forms of activity between kindergarten and first grade through analysis and derivation of expected results necessary for easier adaptation and continuity of children between the different stages of education. Through the forms of interaction between the two educational institutions, the goals of preschool and school education and the motivation for learning are realized, a positive attitude towards school and the social role of "student" are built
