Summary/Abstract: The present work aims to contribute to the research and development of professional negotiation. Through the declination of negotiation strategies in specific regulatory and professional contexts, we want to highlight how this tool can be able to implement the performance of individuals in specific contexts. In this sense, an attempt was made to analyze the possible relationships between arbitration and negotiation, while offering an overview of the individual moments of the arbitration procedure in which the negotiating skills for achieving the objectives of the professionals and the parties involved could be determined.
