Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues related to the phenomenon of migration and repatriation inEurope and points to legal solutions regarding repatriation, both created on the basis of Polish lawand resulting from international, especially EU regulations on migrants. The situation of repatriates,issues related to the genesis of repatriation processes to Poland, and legal regulations relating torepatriation were scrutinized in depth. In addition, an analysis of reports and statistical data on thescale of repatriation in Poland in the context of migration movements in Europe was carried out.
