Summary/Abstract: By exploring each of the contributions presented in this issue, the reader will (re)discover a set of legal instruments that are essential in correcting various forms of “dishonest” conduct that have taken shape among economic actors across diverse fields. Developing a reflex to turn to the remedies provided by the legal framework on unfair competition — and to assess market behavior in light of the acts it prohibits — will help economic players adjust their conduct and collectively create the foundations of a healthy business environment. The legal influence on business behavior plays a regulatory role, addressing potential imbalances and providing benchmarks that should bring both predictability and clarity to market actors.
