Summary/Abstract: Employer branding has become a strategic tool for organizations seeking to strengthentheir reputation and organizational identity while addressing labor market challenges.This article delves into the relationship between employer branding and organizationalidentity, focusing on strategies that attract talent and foster long-term employee loyal-ty. It explores key internal factors, such as the alignment of organizational culture withbrand values, and external drivers, including labor market dynamics and technologicaladvancements. The analysis highlights the importance of employer value propositions(EVPs) in creating a distinct organizational identity that resonates with employees andstakeholders. Drawing on established frameworks, such as the Vision-Culture-Image (VCI)model, the study emphasizes the role of reputation, trust, and transparency in employerbranding initiatives. The findings provide actionable insights for organizations aimingto establish themselves as employers of choice in an increasingly competitive market.
