Summary/Abstract: The special physical training of students from control and experimental groups was investigated. Analysis of variance was performed. Differences were calculated and tested for statistical significance. The percentage values of the individual indicators at the beginning and end of the research period were calculated. At the end of the development, a summary is made and recommendations for practical work are made.
