Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the attitude of representatives of the so-called "Generation Z" towards working in the Police in the light of the results of a study conducted on a sample of students of the Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences in Skierniewice in the first half of 2024. The subject of the study was the motivation of young people to work in the Police. The main research objective was to learn about the factors that may influence their decision to start a professional career in the uniformed services, while the specific objectives were related to the diagnosis of their preferences in terms of channels, methods and tools of communication used to promote recruitment. The article also contains some tips that are intended to potentially facilitate the process of designing and selecting adequate channels and methods of marketing communication, and thus: more effectively constructing a message addressed to young people, aimed at promoting service in the Police
