Summary/Abstract: The study aims to validate a patented set of technical exercises, designed to improve the emotional state and attention levels of violinists for improved performance. The proposed exercises will provide real support to violinists who, like other instrumentalists, constantly face a state of chronic fatigue that can sometimes lead to physical and mental exhaustion, commonly known as burnout. The present research investigates variables such as positive and negative dispositions, positive and negative emotions, fatigue, calmness, attention, and energy levels of violinists before and after performing the proposed set of exercises. It also assesses the evolution of electrodermal response associated with attention level during the execution of the proposed exercises.
