The Vocabulary of Common Inflection with Religious Contents

Summary/Abstract: The paper concerns the subset of the Polish religious vocabulary, a subset which consists of stylistically neutral words. The author discusses a procedure that enables native speakers to establish such a lexical field, and he presents its general grammatical and semantic features; then he carefully considers the polysemy of its lexical units as well as their semantic derivation. The article includes remarks about the communicative advantages and disadvantages of the vocabulary discussed.
