Summary/Abstract: The article describes various ways of advertising for perfumes. The research carried out by the author proves that the advertisers persuade the recipients to purchase the product by means of: the description of the fragrance (45,42% of the collected advertisements), definition of their use (27,57%), reference to their names or their explanation (18,28%), description of the package (7,02%), reference to famous people associated with a given fragrance (1,68%).
