Summary/Abstract: The story of the scout troop started in 1926, but they got the official licence for their work from the Szeged Scout Disctrict only in 1932. They took up various activities during their two-decade work from organising camping trips to taking part actively in life of the synagogue. Because of the strenghtening anti-semitic acts they had to stop their work in 1941, but after the Holocaust they were able to re-establish themselves for some years.
