Summary/Abstract: Students are not accustomed to creatively writing scientific articles, following proper writing structure, and often encounter difficulty in finding topics for such articles. This study aims to analyze the influence of blended learning and creative problem-solving on students' ability to write scientific articles. The study was conducted in Putera Batam University, Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. Random sampling yielded a study sample comprising 26 students from the Public Administration Program and 29 students from the English Literature Program in the class of 2021/2022. The results show that learning to write scientific articles is engaging and creative, greatly supports students' scientific writing activities. The hypothesis test results yielded tob = 5.055 > tcv = 1.674, therefore, H1 is accepted, suggesting that blended learning integrated with creative problem-solving influences students' scientific article writing skills. A hybrid learning approach that combines scientific article writing with creative problem-solving is applicable and valuable in higher education.
