Summary/Abstract: This bibliometric study analyzes key trends in the literature on transformational leadership (TFL) and innovative work behavior (IWB) to identify research patterns, influential authors, and major publication sources. It investigates how academic discourse on TFL and IWB has evolved and what gaps remain, hypothesizing a significant rise in publications, with dominant regions and scholars. Using a bibliometric approach, 150 publications were retrieved from Scopus on October 6, 2024, with data analysed via VOSviewer. Findings show a notable increase in TFL and IWB studies since 2014, with Indonesia as the leading contributor. Afsar, B. is the most influential author, Pieterse, A. N. holds the highest citations (602), and "Sustainability Switzerland" leads in publication impact. This study maps the intellectual structure of the field, providing insights into scientific growth, key contributions, and research gaps, such as the need for more cross-cultural analyses and empirical validations.
