Summary/Abstract: The objective of our research is the critical analysis of the specialized literature regarding the particularities of the business models that influenced the indicators of Fintech companies. The research led us to conclude that models of predicting business success versus failure are how entrepreneurs ensure their business's success. Moreover, the factors that influence the financial and non-financial performance of Fintech companies also leave their mark on the way these companies operate.
