Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management systems (KMS) have grown in significance in the commercial world. However, most prior studies in this field are conceptual or review studies. The purpose of this investigation is to ascertain the impact of AI capability and KMS on OP (organizational performance) of SMEs (small and medium enterprises). Based on RBV (Resource-Based View), the research hypothesized that AI capability and KMS have an impact on OP. Government support (GS) will moderate these effects, and organizational agility (OA) will mediate them. This research adopts a quantitative approach, and 181 executives and IT professionals participated in this investigation. To inspect the data, Smart PLS 4 was utilized. The results demonstrated that AI capability and KMS affected the OP of SMEs favorably. The relationship between AI capability, KMS, and OP was mediated by OA. The impact of AI capability on OP was significantly enhanced by GS. Efficient AI capability and KMS, along with the growth of an elevated level of OA and GS, will raise the OP of enterprises. Originality/value: This investigation offers a valuable contribution to the prevailing body by examining AI capabilities and organizational agility, as well as government support in the setting of developing countries.
