Summary/Abstract: E-voting is the only technology that replaces the conventional general election method, which has many areas for improvement. However, in its implementation, there is a significant gap between countries that continue to use it and those that do not due to social and technological constraints, despite research and implementation efforts over more than four decades. This study aims to develop a conceptual framework model for implementing e-voting at the national election level. It is expected that the resulting generic e-voting framework can serve as a guideline for various countries that intend to implement e-voting technology in their general elections, contributing to improving the e-voting implementation success index and developing e-voting technology. Based on validation measurements by experts, the proposed e-voting framework received a score interpreted as very highly valid, indicating its readiness for implementation.
