Summary/Abstract: The universe represents one whole of life on Earth and the Universe. As a whole nature is immortal. Everything that is created in nature is a very complex system from which no segment can be excluded without endangering natural laws. Science has a major contribution to the study of these laws and the preservation of their values. The main role in this is a man. He is the measure of all things, so in his hands is the preservation of nature. Science opens the door to creating conditions for mutual understanding of man and nature, the discovery of truth that protects nature, but also human activities in limited use of nature for the comfort of life of man. This is achieved through the education of man and practice. An educated man will direct his work activity to the protection of basic natural resources: protection of water, soil and air from pollution. A man must observe the nature of what nature is doing, what has been happening in the past, what is happening in the present, from which it derives its activities of determining natural flows in the future. The aim of this is to study nature and man, their relationship and the role of man in nature in nature, and the role of nature toward man, and the influence of the international community for the preservation of natural equilibrium.
