Summary/Abstract: The efficiency of logistics management plays a key role in the success of modern organizations, especially in a globalized and technologically advanced environment. This paper explores how engineering communications can contribute to the improvement of logistics management, with a particular focus on process optimization, error reduction, productivity enhancement and the implementation of new technologies. Engineering communications include various forms of interaction, from verbal and non-verbal communications to the use of modern digital tools, which enable better coordination and efficiency in logistics. The paper analyzes the connection between effective communication channels and the reduction of operational problems in logistics processes, as well as how proper implementation and management of communications can significantly accelerate workflows and improve coordination among teams. Also, challenges in implementing effective communications are discussed, including technical barriers, human factors, and global aspects such as language barriers and cultural differences. A special emphasis is placed on the use of modern technologies, such as ERP systems, IoT devices and automation, which enable improving the speed and accuracy of communications in logistics operations. Through the analysis of case studies, the paper shows concrete examples of organizations that have successfully integrated engineering communications into their logistics processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced operating costs. Finally, the paper provides recommendations for further improvements in the field of employee education, adoption of new technologies and improvement of mutual cooperation, with an emphasis on constant innovation as the key to achieving a competitive advantage in logistics.
