Summary/Abstract: Various degreasers and cleaners are used in technological processing and for plant maintenance. Most of them find their way into water through the drains and they must comply with the waste water regulations. Their ability to demulsify is important factor in estimation of their influence on the water. This paper presents the results of hydrocarbons concentration measured after cleaning and degreasing.
