Summary/Abstract: The existence and functioning of today's companies is determined by the overall processes of globalization in all its areas: economic, security, political, etc. This reality stems from the understanding of globalization as a path that enables business entities to become aware of the need for quality business planning of operations. In this way, day by day they move closer to the set goal: giving priority to the feeling of meaning, wholeness, comfort and security. In addition to this, globalization refers to the intensification and dynamization of social and economic relations beyond state borders, which results in an increasing tendency for mutual influence of global and local developments. If the company intends to face the real problems of today and the changing character of the future, it must seriously deal with planning. For successful business planning, management must provide quality information. Unfortunately, that information is worthless if it doesn't get into the hands of the people who plan. To be useful, information must be accurate, relevant and, above all, easily accessible.
