Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the monograph Géographie des odeurs, which contains treatises on space anthropology, literature, geography of industry, urban planning, thematising the role of scent in shaping and perceiving space. The authors propose application of the instruments of perceptive geography (e.g. scent maps) to analyze various spatial phenomena.
