A SOCIAL WORK PERSPECTIVE ON CRIME – DELINQUENCY – EDUCATION AND THE PRISON ENVIRONMENT

Summary/Abstract: We encounter the terms, and actual crime prevention, every single day, whetherin school or from the media. The most important of these is the prevention ofsocio-pathological phenomena and education. This is one way of minimising thosephenomena relatively quickly. If prevention is effective, it is the product of preventivemeasures and plans and, as a consequence, their application in practice. The aim ofthis paper is to present the issue of crime and delinquency as serious anti-social acts.
