Summary/Abstract: This study is about the published master's thesis titled "The Effect of Computer and Computer-Aided Information Editing Applications on Textualization". The research is a quantitative research and is a pretest-posttest semi-structured experimental study. The research was conducted on two groups at the 5th grade level. The research was conducted on a total of 42 students, 21 in the experimental group and 21 in the control group. Planning and writing strategies activities structured with Web 2.0 tools were applied to the experimental group of the study, which was limited to 4 lesson hours per week and 6 weeks. In the control group, writing activities were carried out within the scope of the current Turkish Curriculum (TÖP). "Analytical Rubric for Planning in the Process of Creating an Informative Text", "Written Expression Evaluation Form" and "Writing Motivation Scale" were used as data collection tools in the study. SPSS package program, a computer program, was used in the analysis of the research. At the end of the study, it was concluded that information organization practices had a positive effect on creating a writing plan, writing success and writing motivation.
