Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to assess the differentiation of the level of socio-economic development in Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The study covered 38 countries in two years, in 2019 and 2022. The TOPSIS linear ordering method was used to assess the socio-economic development of SIDS. The construction of the synthetic variable was made on a set of 10 diagnostic features.
