Summary/Abstract: Artificial Intelligence, as a manifestation of human ingenuity, has fundamentally transformed many aspects of our daily life. The present article aims to explore the multifaceted implications of AI on the spiritual life of humankind, and the define of the personal identity, specifically from the perspective of Christian Orthodoxy. While AI offers unprecedented advantages in various sectors, its intersection with spirituality poses both challenges and opportunities. This exploration addresses the shifting paradigms of belief, the human desire for connection or escape from daily reality, and the evolving definitions of soul, purpose, and spiritual ascendence.
