LABOR PRODUCTIVITY AND PROFITABILITY BASED ON LIVING LABOR COSTS – FACTORS IN WORKFORCE SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

Summary/Abstract: The workforce is one of the factors that directly influence the implementation of the enterprise's business plan. The efficiency of labor utilization is analyzed using the indicator "Labor Productivity".The object of research in the article is the indicator "Labor Productivity". This indicator for enterprises with a primary industrial activity characterizes the output per employee. The model for analyzing annual labor productivity expresses the relationship of this indicator with the structure of personnel, the use of working time and hourly labor productivity.As a factor indicator, annual labor productivity has a direct impact on the dynamics of profitability based on living labor costs. The subject of the study is the methodological aspects of labor productivity analysis in relation to profitability based on living labor costs.The goal set in the article is to propose an improved extended model and methodology for analyzing profitability based on living labor costs.
