Summary/Abstract: This article aimed to study the influence of Lean, Agile, Resilience, and Green (LARG) and Organizational Innovation (OI) on the organizational performance (OP) of the Public Health Center, Department of Health, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). The study used six BMA groups, totaling 69 units, as population representatives and collected data from a target group of staff who had been working for more than a year, which included 690 individuals. To test the hypotheses, we analyzed the data using descriptive statistics and PLS_SEM analysis for inferential statistics. The research result confirmed the hypothesis that LARG and OI could predict the BMA's OP (TE =.855, R2 =.756, p<.01). Furthermore, the integration of LARG and OI had a greater impact on BMA's OP (TE =.874, R2 =.763, p<.01).
