Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the theory of the cycle of money and the concept of economic engineering that comes from it. The research has used the prior theoretical concept of the paper „From Savings to Escape and Enforcement Savings”. It is about a real case scenario, currently it is about the case of Romania. Every economy has an economic angle. In the current research, the economic angle is about the case of Romania. In addition, it presents a real case study through mathematical equations about the savings of the Theory of Cycle of Money. The methodology is based on the money cycle, to achieve the results of Romania. This is the first historical application of economic trigonometry and economic engineering, based on the money cycle.
