Summary/Abstract: The article is a preliminary analysis of the impact of large-scale fires on climate and their consequences. The statistical and geospatial studies carried out highlighted the scale of the problem. Particular attention is drawn to the data that shows the incidents of fires during the analyzed period. The statistics on fires are not only alarming, but also significant. The frequent occurrence of fires directly leads to extensive areas of burned land. Such incidents have serious consequences, both ecological and health-related. Analysis of the data reveals significant consequences, such as pollution of large areas and greenhouse gas emissions. The magnitude of the fires and their consequences outlined raise serious concerns and require immediate and effective action, which includes the introduction of modern technologies, raising public awareness and the introduction and enforcement of strict regulations.
