Summary/Abstract: Serbian Republic was created by the will of the Serbian people, after the breakup of Yugoslavia, and after the first multiparty elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Constitution (then) Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been established an independent state, and are set next to the authorities and other elements of the state. From inception to the Dayton Peace Agreement, the Republic Serbian is functioning at full capacity, and since the Dayton Agreement to a limited capacity. Today it is part of the Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with its Constitution fully harmonized with the BiH Constitution.
