Summary/Abstract: In most systems, there is some form of representative body that represents the will of the people, defending the interests of the people. And Bosnia and Herzegovina has its own parliament, organized in an unusual way, entity and cantonal parliaments. Tasks and direction of all forms of parliament in Bosnia and Herzegovina should be as follows: - Publicity of all parliaments in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Active involvement of civil society in the work of Parliament - the issue of professional osbosobljenosti deputies at all levels - a question of qualification of the Parliamentary Assembly and its organs to guide the process of Euro-Atlantic integration. - Economic and social regulations.
