Summary/Abstract: The article presents the idea of a sociocultural psychodynamic narcissisticorganization within psychology. It sheds some light on the continuum of healthy pro-ductive narcissistic leadership to the pathological non-productive narcissistic leader-ship, and considers four types of productive creative-strategic personality. It concludesthat healthy productive narcissism is not only normal but essential to organizationalsuccess.
