Summary/Abstract: Twenty years have passed off from the crucial upheaval of the modern international order and the establisment of the Age of unrest and anxiety in the World dated back to 24./3/1999. When The NATO countries (19) started a 78-days vacation aggression against Yougoslavia/Serbia, violating not only the Charter of the North Atlantic military alliance but also internatiol law and the laws of the State Union. The riots and the destruction of international norms caused by the administration of the most powerful country, the official guarantor of the rule of law and global fears of the consequences of failing to meet even the most horiffic orders and disobeying a variable will of the rulers of these same powerful nations, even though they are the loudest in the glorification of the principles of good governance, cooperation between countries, and the search for a solution of disagreements peacefully through impartial international institutions. Serbian nation and the country have entered the new millennium as a defeted bullies, giving a sign of recognition of at least the beginning of the 21st century, if not the entire millennium - that began openly and shamelessly period of time of lies, injustice, violence and dishonor, but the period of time of resistance and truth and justice.
