Summary/Abstract: A topic that has already been written so much and which is still of great interest speaks of its importance and topicality, as well as the unwillingness of business organizations to promote what they promote in public and apply in their own ranks. The development and advancement of each organization are causally linked to the monitoring of modern technological advances, product modernization, introduction and development of business quality control, application of the latest standards in the work process, improvement of organizational culture, clear organizational structure and strengthening of its own brand, with the support of modern means of communication. . In a time of rapid change and challenge, organizations, in addition, can achieve the desired results, but without investing in employees through education and empowerment, the good results achieved are unfounded, short-term and occur occasionally. Precisely, the aim of the paper is to emphasize the importance of investing in our own employees, with a focus on the importance of the reward system as a motivating element in achieving better results and greater job performance. The role of continuous motivation through the system of rewarding and employee education is the key to achieving effective and efficient functioning of business processes, high profitability and represents added value for both employees and the organization itself.
