Summary/Abstract: The introduction of a new product in modern business conditions is becoming an increasingly decisive factor in achieving the planned strategic goals of the company. Marketing information system is a key factor that should ensure the effectiveness of the process of introducing a new product. An efficient marketing information system should enable coordination in terms of clearly defining goals, defining activities that will lead to the achievement of goals as well as effective implementation of control.
