Summary/Abstract: In this paper we will define the basic elements of communication, how communication affects people and intragroup dynamics of the organization. The importance of organizational communication as a dominant factor in improving work and business results is increasingly discussed in modern management. The culture of internal communication is an integral part of the development of the organization, where the process of work and production derogates to a significant extent if this factor is absent.
