Summary/Abstract: In the paper, the greatest attention is devoted to the consideration of the concepts of tourist product and tourism services. The reasons for the use of these terms are indicated, as well as the difficulties encountered when doing soattempts to formulate an adequate name for activities that serve tourists in order to satisfy cultural and recreational needs.Existing names cannot be ignored and therefore it is necessary to cooperate with experts in tourism and language experts come up with a name that will be scientifically based and accepted in practice tourism. It is noted that at the present moment it is justified to bind the name of products andservices to the participants of tourist movement.
