The issue of compliance with policies KSCM law CR, analysis of the final report Temporary Senate Commission for consideration KSCM constitutionality

Summary/Abstract: The activities and the existence of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSCM) have been perceived as being illegal by various groups of the Czech politicians and political activists. In fall 2008 several members of the Czech Upper Chamber introduced the report of 76 circumstantial evidences that reputedly support this opinion. This paper investigates the most significant of them. Consequently the disputed areas within the Party’s policy and Czech law system will be outlined.
