Summary/Abstract: In today's globalized marketplace, market research and market positioning are key elements to the success of any company. Companies cannot function effectively without understanding the needs, wants, and behaviors of their consumers. To make informed and strategic decisions, it is necessary to use market research methods that will provide them with data that confirms or refutes their assumptions and strategies. Market research is a scientific process that involves the collection and analysis of data that is used to develop marketing strategies and make key decisions. Market research is not limited to collecting data, but includes a complete process of interpreting that data in order to gain a deep understanding of market trends, competition, potential consumers, and their habits. This process not only helps companies optimize their offering, but also allows them to assess their market presence and improve their positioning relative to competitors. The importance of market research is increasing with each passing day as a result of the dynamism of markets, changes in technology, and the rapid development of new communication channels. Companies that conduct regular research have a greater chance of reacting to changes and adapting to consumer needs before their competitors. Research also helps organizations avoid misinvestments and direct their budget towards channels and strategies that will best fit their target audience. Given the importance of market research, this scientific paper will focus on its basic principles, methods, and the importance it has for companies when making marketing decisions. Market research and data analysis not only improves the decision-making process, but also enables companies to create more effective and tailored marketing strategies that will lead to increased success and long-term market growth. Job satisfaction is a complex attitude that includes certain assumptions and beliefs about the specific job, feelings about the job, and evaluation of the job. The reason for this is, of course, the embedded belief that a satisfied employee is a productive employee and that the success of the company cannot exist if the employees are dissatisfied. Regardless of the existing analyses and understandings of motivation in theory and practice, it is considered through job satisfaction and the attitudes of the employees. The most important source for increasing job satisfaction is the full realization of the possessed performance. Mastering performance is obtaining the desired experience through the task or work, and thus, the innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial skills of the employee are also stimulated. Work performance or work efficiency refers to whether the employee does their job well. Work efficiency is dealt with by industrial psychology and human resource management. Over the past years, researchers have made progress and clarified the concept of job performance. Achievements have been made in terms of specifying indicators related to individual performance. Researchers agree that when conceptualizing the performance of an employee, it is necessary to distinguish between the behavior of the employee and the results of the work. The opinion and belief that job satisfaction will contribute to increasing employee productivity is often supported. Based on the empirical research conducted within the framework of this paper, it is seen that there is a high level of correlation and connection between the job satisfaction of employees and managers and the level of their performance during the work process, which can be a significant indicator for developing entrepreneurial potential. In addition, it is concluded that managers represent a target group that is ranked higher than employees, especially when it comes to showing a higher level of satisfaction with work engagement and manifested level of performance. However, each organization needs to develop its unique strategy that addresses improving employee performance, especially to foster their entrepreneurial potential.
