Summary/Abstract: This article argues that legal measure removes and specifies the original meaning to the content of law. The quantitative-qualitative content of law embodied in rights, duties, commandments prohibitions, imperatives indicates the type and extent of legal authority of subjects in the distribution and exchange of goods within the legal system. It reflects the principles of expediency and legality. Covers the mechanism of legal regulation.
