Summary/Abstract: Since 2020, the plain Polish movement in Poznań has been centred around the joint ini a ve involving The Adam Mickiewicz University, The City of Poznań administra on, and the Poznań Supercompu ng and Networking Centre. The coopera on has resulted in a series of training courses and workshops for the employees of the Poznań municipal administra on, but also in compiling The Database of Offi cial Texts, which has also been equipped with an AI module. Currently, the simplifi ca on of offi cial le ers takes place both in a tradi onal way and with the assistance of digital tools. Poznan’s groundwork combines social and purely machine-based aspects, as the overarching goal is enhancing human-to-human understanding.
