Summary/Abstract: The present article aims to analyze the current means by which the phenomenon of terrorism, also known as cyber terrorism, is carried out, the reasoning behind this transition from the already known manifestations to contemporary ones, as well as the attempts to concretely identify individuals predisposed to committing this type of acts. It also provides a perspective on the actual capacity to prevent, stop, or control cyber terrorism.
