Summary/Abstract: Assessment and management of psychosocial risks represent a crucial element of health and safety at the workplace, especially considering the complexity and dynamics of today's work environments. The literature presents various approaches for identifying and managing these risks, highlighting the fact that they can vary significantly depending on organizational specifics and the individual characteristics of employees. The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) proposes a structured model consisting of five essential steps: risk identification, risk assessment, setting priorities, implementing preventive measures, and continuous monitoring. Studies show that integrating qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, semi-structured questionnaires, observation sheets, and risk assessment and management matrices, contributes to a thorough and comprehensive evaluation, supporting the development of effective intervention strategies. In this context, the current research aims to highlight the importance of using the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Matrix (for classifying risk factors based on impact and probability) and the Psychosocial Risk Classification Matrix (for grouping risks based on influence and involvement, identifying responsible parties, and setting deadlines for implementing measures), in the prioritization stage and in the risk management process.
