Summary/Abstract: The article presents the legalities and psycho-pedagogical conditions necessary for managing occupational stress in teaching staff. The legalities are interdependently related to the pedagogical and social needs of teachers. As a result of analysing the specialized literature, other specific legalities related to the research topic have been identified, contributing to the regulation of the educational process. Psycho-pedagogical conditions provide a significant reference point for resolving stressful situations within the educational institution.
