Summary/Abstract: This article presents the opinions of teaching and managerial staff regarding the design and organization of educational activities in the educational institution. Within the pedagogical observation experiment, we used the survey method through a questionnaire and obtained significant results that serve as a reference for the development and implementation of a professional development program for teaching and managerial staff. Educational activities are classified according to the field of development and curricular area.
